MS CRM 2011: Custom activities will not synced to the Outlook client

One of my customers told me, that it’s custom activities can not be transferred to Outlook. I said, this can not be possible, since this is a standard feature in CRM 2011.

But they are right. I have check this with the Outlook client and have found some blog and forum entries like this click.

This is a big gap in CRM 2011 and I have to think about the meaning of the custom activities again.
