If you have a CRM online instance the feature update will be installed automatically by Microsoft.
If you have an on premise installation you must download and install the Service Release. But where are the new features after the installation.
You have to activate the new feature within the CRM. Navigate via the ‘Settings’ to the ‘Administration’ section. You will find there a new functionality with the name ‘Install Product Updates’. Click it and follow the installation instruction.
The new feature will be available after a UI refresh.
