About the authors:
My name is Markus Marquedant and I work for ORBIS since the year 2000. I have a lot of experience around CRM systems. My role in projects is quite different, sometimes as a Project manager and sometimes as a solution architect. Over all, I am the responsible for the ORBIS Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development department. We develop generic software components for CRM, including the ORBIS XRM Framework and stand-alone products for the Windows Marketplace.
Christian Leverenz explores with customers and colleagues strange new CRM worlds, to seek out new opportunities and new usages, to boldly go where no organization has gone before. CRM should deliver benefit and fun. Usability and performance first. Fun should already be present while evolving CRM solutions and implementations. Therefor, ORBIS is open minded for new ways of Software development, new ways of implementing systems and giving innovative ways of user interactions a trial. Dynamics CRM can be all beer and skittles and we are working on it. This view on CRM should stay despite of my – lets say advanced – age paired with nearly 20 years of experience in this field.
